Northwest Ohio readers……beginner and novice help available at Toledo Pickleball Club!

Starting May 15, the Toledo Pickleball Club will have two “coaches” available on Monday nights to work with beginners and novice players from 5pm – 6:30pm.

There is no charge to Toledo Pickleball Club Members.  Non member drop in fee is $5 per session.

Note: A beginner is someone who has never played.  A novice is someone who has recently started playing, but who is not comfortable playing with more experienced players yet.  

Sessions will be limited to eight (8) players.  Those interested must use the Sign Up Genius to register in advance for the dates they will attend.

Beginners will be given basic instruction to get them started playing pickleball. This will include simple drills to learn and practice basic skills such as serving, service return and ground shots.

Following the instruction session, players are encouraged to continue working on their skills in game settings on the novice courts until they have comfortably reached a level where they are able to engage with more experienced players.
